There was a lot in the news lately about the amazing healing properties of turmeric, a battle against free radicals antioxidant spice curry rich has been hailed as a defense against cancer and Alzheimer's disease. When we found this recipe for a delicious greenhouse, ginger tea detoxifying turmeric, and we are very pleased: After the holiday season, we thought we could use poisons and healing!

Then we tasted it, and it was completely hooked: it's delicious! Ginger and turmeric combine with citrus and maple syrup to make the perfect combination of nutrients to heal. We've simplified the recipe to make it very easy, too:

INGREDIENTS
2 cups of water
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Juice of 1/2 lemon

1. Bring water to a boil, then add the herbs crushed. Simmer for 10 minutes.
2. Straining tea in a glass, add maple syrup and lemon, stirring to mix well. Hot drinks.
1 service makes.

Spa Cuisine: Peachy Iced Tea Green - recipe

Drinking green tea can help you lose weight. According to clinical studies conducted by Dr. Abdul Dulloo, of the University of Geneva in Switzerland, green tea raises metabolic rates and speeds up fat oxidation. Green tea is also a significant improvement in the recall immune, and anti-cancer agent, with flavonoids and polyphenols thought to prevent the formation of a tumor.

So here our best to make an easy recipe for green tea, but it tastes good so you'll never guess how good for you! A, a major health thirst quencher for hot summer days.
The solution is simple:

INGREDIENTS

6 green tea bags
6 cups of cold water
2 peaches mature, and incited segments
1. Put tea bags in a large bowl or pitcher.
